About its use
What makes it different from other weight-loss drugs?
Unlike other treatments, Lipoless acts on two regulatory hormones instead of just one. This dual action improves insulin sensitivity, prolongs satiety and enhances clinical weight loss.
Where is the injection given?
Lipoless is applied subcutaneously in the abdominal area. It is for weekly use and is designed to facilitate self-administration.
How long does it take to take effect?
The first results can be seen between 2 and 4 weeks, depending on the organism and habits of each person.
How can this treatment directly help different diseases and health conditions?
For Obesity and Overweight: An effective treatment that helps to lose weight in a safe and lasting way, acting on the causes of overweight by reducing hunger and increasing the feeling of satiety.
For Diabetes Mellitus Type 2: Helps to better control blood sugar, lowering long-term glucose levels (HbA1c) and with low risk of low blood sugar.
For Cardiovascular Disease (CVD): It helps to take care of the heart, improving blood pressure and cholesterol, especially in people with higher cardiovascular risk.
For Metabolic Syndrome (several combined health problems such as overweight, high blood pressure and high blood sugar): It acts on several problems at the same time, such as abdominal fat, insulin resistance, high cholesterol and high blood pressure.
For liver fat (not caused by alcohol): The weight loss produced by the treatment also helps to improve liver health, reducing inflammation and liver damage.
Ease in following the treatment of chronic diseases: It is applied only once a week, which makes it easier to follow the treatment in the long term.
What happens if I miss a dose?
If it has been 4 days or less since the day you were supposed to give your injection: Give the missed dose as soon as you remember. Then continue with your regular weekly application day.
If more than 4 days have passed: Skip the missed dose completely and wait for your next scheduled dose. Do not apply two doses together to make up for the missed dose.
Does it interact with other medications or alcohol?
Oral Contraceptives: Tirzepide can delay stomach emptying, which could theoretically affect the absorption of birth control pills. It is recommended to use a barrier method (such as a condom) or a non-oral method during the first 4 weeks after starting treatment and after each dose increase.
Alcohol: There is no direct contraindication, but it should be consumed in moderation. Alcohol can increase the risk of hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), especially if combined with other diabetes medications. It can also irritate the stomach, worsening side effects such as nausea.
Are there any contraindications?

- History of Medullary Thyroid Cancer
- Neoplasia Syndrome
- Multiple Endocrine Type Hypersensitivity or Severe Allergy
What are the important warnings and precautions?

Can I apply it if I do not diet or exercise?
Yes, although it is recommended to accompany it with good habits to enhance the results.
Does it have a rebound effect?
Yes, when stopping treatment, a significant portion of the lost weight is regained. Rather than a mysterious "rebound effect", it is the logical consequence of stopping treatment for a chronic disease such as obesity.
